Good evening my brothers and sisters in Christ. Welcome to a whole new world where Jesus is still King
So here is what we are doing and not doing in the coming weeks.
- Essentially we will be having our two services on Sundays with a simpler coffee and bagel hour in between. Life groups and children’s programs will continue. We will be celebrating Communion using the all in one super sanitary communion sealed cup/wafer combo
- We will have our Wednesday night prayer meeting at 730pm.
- NYIBS will continue for now as usual
- Our Tuesday Night Recovery group will continue as usual.
However, out of the abundance of caution:
- This Saturdays Women of Influence Monthly Breakfast is canceled
- Next Saturday March 21st – Gearing Up for Summer Workshop is being rescheduled.
- Hospitality Sunday scheduled for Sunday March 22nd is being rescheduled.
- Our Fashion and Talent Show for individuals with special needs scheduled on Saturday March 28th is being rescheduled.
- Weekly Saturday tutoring for now is being sidelined .
We will be broadcasting both our services live on facebook (@calvarychapelsi ) as we do every week, and the 11:15 am is service live streamed and we broadcast live on 570am wmca beginning at 11:30P.M
We are encouraging sensitivity in regards to shaking hands and hugs and the what not at our services. Everyone’s comfort level is different.
If you are uncomfortable in any way attending services please stay home.
If you have an underlining health issue please don’t risk it. Stay home.
If you are sick, please stay home.
Use one of our other options.
Myself or one of our elders will be doing our best to reach out to all of our members and friends to see how we can best minister to our congregation during this time.
