1. Abraham – Genesis 22:1–2 – After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, “Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.” 2 He said, “Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.”
2. Jacob – Genesis 46:2 – And God spoke to Israel in visions of the night and said, “Jacob, Jacob.” And he said, “Here I am.”
3. Samuel – 1 Samuel 3:4 – Then the LORD called Samuel, and he said, “Here I am!”
4. Isaiah – Isaiah 6:8 – And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.”
5. Ananias – Acts 9:10–12 – Now there was a disciple at Damascus named Ananias. The Lord said to him in a vision, “Ananias.” And he said, “Here I am, Lord.” 11 And the Lord said to him, “Rise and go to the street called Straight, and at the house of Judas look for a man of Tarsus named Saul, for behold, he is praying, 12 and he has seen in a vision a man named Ananias come in and lay his hands on him so that he might regain his sight.”
