One night while traveling I chose to stop on fast-food row to get a bite to eat. Passing over the burger standards of McDonald’s, Hardees and Burger King I made my way through the drive up window of Abyss Roast Beef. I proceeded to order their signature sandwich. To my chagrin I was told they were out of roast beef. The order taker than offered me a cheeseburger or a hot dog. I simply drove out and around to Hardees thinking how do you not, as Arbys, have roast beef.
I heard today about a Church that has as its mantra that they don’t have answers only questions. As I read that I thought “How, being a church, do you not have answers”.
A Church without answers is like an Arbys without roast beef. No meat for the soul.
